For all of you Mommies who have breastfeed your babies, I am sure this is not news to you, but this was my first child and my body still shocks me on the regular. When I became pregnant my boobs began to grow, much to the enjoyment of my husband. After the baby was born they swelled to an all new bra size, constantly spilling out of my bra every 3 hours when it came time to feed my daughter. As she got older, and began to eat less often due to her increased intake of solid foods my boobs began to shrink. I now had a gap in my bra cup, so I went back to wearing my original bra size, which I wore with no problem for months. About a month ago I stopped breastfeeding as my child is almost one and I have plenty of milk in the freezer to get her there. I thought my bobs had stopped changing and I had reached a point were I could go out and buy myself some new bras that would fit my new body, but I was wrong. Again I quit breastfeeding almost a month ago and yet when I looked at my body in the mirror this morning as I was getting dressed I was shocked. My boobs looked like deflated balloons, the skin was there but no fat left to fill them, and the area closest to my armpits was actually sunken in. I am not a skinny girl so no part of my body has EVER been sunken in. For all you moms out there who now have smaller boobs then what you started with, I feel you girl and I am now an unwilling member of the itty bitty titty committee with you.

Feeling like a bad mom
Most days I can't wait to leave work to go home and pick up the baby from daycare I look forward to seeing her, she always smiles when I walk through the door and crawls right over to me. She crawls up my legs until I pick her up and I love it, I love that she's excited to see me. I also want to get home so we have enough time to take a. walk around the neighborhood, that's just something that I like to do. Sometimes though I just rather stay at work like today, she was up all night last night woke up at 2 a.m. and I thought I was going to cry because I had a hard time falling asleep, so of course I didn't go to sleep at my normal 9 p.m. stayed up until almost midnight. I couldn't fall asleep and then my child wakes me at 2 a.m. crying because she's teething and upset. She stayed up forever. So today I am tired and I just want to sit and do absolutely nothing, which has me sitting here staring at my computer and not getting anything done because my brains not working. I'm thinking do I go home since I'm not doing anything or do I sit here and stare at the screen and at least be happy about the fact that I don't have to do anything I can just sit and stare if I want. Ultimately I make the choice put my mommy pants on and walk out the door heading to daycare to pick her up at daycare to go home because although sitting here doing nothing sounds fantastic to my tired body I want to put on pajamas. I will go home with the spawn of Satan, that is teething and driving me Crazy. I will pray that her daddy comes back from being out of town a few days early because I don't know how many more times I can deal with it. I have to be honest one of the reasons I feel that I am not taking this so well is because she is a pretty easy baby, these rough patches throw me for a loop. I feel beside myself in a sense that I feel like I should be doing something more, but I don't know what else to do, it leaves both of us tired and cranky. I'm sure I am not the only one to feel this way once in a while but when work is more tempting than home you definitely get that "bad mom" thought running through your head.

No More Grocery Store
What if I were to tell you that you never have to step foot in the grocery store again, a dream come true right. Now I know some of you are thinking "that's my alone time" well what your husband doesn't know won't hurt him, just say you are going to the store, do your own thing then stop for a minute (6 to be exact) and get groceries.
Some of you may not have this service available to you like my sister-in-law, but she continually talked to management and they now have this service where she lives. I'm not saying she is the only reason but it did end up in her area.
Enough with the suspense, I'm talking about Walmart Grocery Pick-up. I am in no way shape or form getting rewarded for this post, it has just come to my attention that people are not taking advantage of this amazing FREE service. When I started doing this a year ago I posted all over my social media about how great it was and assumed that everyone else jumped on the bandwagon as well, but apparently that did not happen. I'm probably going to regret this because the more popular it gets the longer I'm going to have to wait but I feel like ever person low on time needs to take advantage.
How does it work you ask, well you go to either the Walmart Grocery app or website search for the item you want, put them in your cart, choose the store locations, date, and time you want to pick up, DONE. Now I want to warn you, they are still working on their search, and sometimes what you want is out of stock, but to me the inconvenience is worth the time I save. Also when you check out you may choose to allow substitutions but this is like a game of Russian Roulette, you never know what is going to end up in your bag. Sometimes it works out in your favor and it is the more expensive version, which they do not charge you more for, and sometimes you end up with powder peanut butter instead of regular old peanut butter, what is that BTW?
The final steps of this amazing process are as follows:
1. They notify you via app that order is ready.
2. At a time that is convenient to you check-in on app that you are on your way (does not HAVEto be you designated time).
3. Get in car drive to your designated Walmart.
4. Park in the designated parking for grocery pick-up (marked in orange)
5. Stay in car while they load your groceries and enjoy the ice cold water or treat they brought you.
6. Drive home.
The process of picking up groceries normally takes about 6 minutes from the time I pull in and park from the time I put my car in reverse. The cherry on top is that I use their savings catcher app where I type in the receipt number and they price match anything I bought then reimburse me through my Walmart app with a credit. It must be said that I also love the customer service that I receive, which is saying a lot because to me this is not normally Walmarts strength, but all of the employees I have interacted with in the almost year I have been doing this are the best, go above and beyond, and are super friendly.
Enjoy your free time mommies, I hope this post was helpful.
